QQ stands for the pair of nine-pip tiles — the highest-value hand in the game. Landing two nines on both card pairs is the round's strongest result and ranks above all other combinations.

Kiu means nine in this context. A hand whose pip total ends in nine is called a Kiu. It is the target value because scoring is based on the ones digit of the total pip count.

Each tile has two ends with pip counts. You add both tiles in a pair and take only the ones digit. A pair totalling 17 scores 7; a pair totalling 19 scores 9, the highest possible value.

A Pure Hand is a special combination where all four tiles in a deal form a recognised high-rank pattern. It typically overrides standard point counting and pays at a different rate per table rules.

Live Arena refers to a real-time streamed table hosted by a human dealer. Unlike automated games, the dealer physically handles tiles, and results are visible on camera throughout each round.

The banker holds the position all other hands compete against in each round. Some table variants rotate the banker role; in our arena, the dealer or house typically holds it per the table's configuration.
